We collect your name, phone number, delivery address and the products you order. This is used to process the order, arrange delivery and answer your questions. We do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.

Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in Rwandan francs and include VAT where applicable. An order is confirmed only when a member of our team calls or messages you. We may cancel an order if stock has genuinely run out, and we will tell you before taking any payment.
Warranty and returns
New devices carry the manufacturer warranty stated on the invoice. Certified used devices carry the shop warranty stated on the invoice. Faulty items can be exchanged within seven days of purchase when the fault is confirmed in store.
Cookies and analytics
This site stores one cookie to remember your language choice. We do not use advertising cookies. Basic server logs record requests for security and troubleshooting only.
